Secret WW II Japanese Submarine, I-52, photographed at a depth of 17,000 feet. American Naval aviators using air launched acoustic torpedoes during the night of June 4/5, 1944, in the mid-Atlantic ocean, sank it. The I-52 was on its way to Lorient, France, from Japan. Eddie Two – a tetrapod model I had made based on known fossils of the era. His feet fit newly discovered track ways found on the shore of Valentia Island, Western Ireland.
